TERM OF MASTER CONTRACT. The term of this Master Contract shall be from July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022 (Title 5 California Code of Regulations section 3062(a)) unless otherwise stated. Neither the CONTRACTOR nor the LEA is required to renew this Master Contract in subsequent contract years. In the event the contract negotiations are is not agreed to renegotiated by June 30th, the most recently executed Master Contract will remain in effect for 90 days. No Master Contract will be offered unless and until all of the normal and customary contracting requirements of the SELPA have been satisfied. The offer of a Master Contract to a CONTRACTOR is at the sole discretion of the SELPA/LEA.
