TERM AND DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT. (a) This Agreement shall not become effective unless and until it is approved by the board of trustees of the Trust, including a majority of trustees who are not parties to this Agreement or interested persons of any such party to this Agreement, and, to the extent required by law, a majority of the outstanding shares of the class of the Trust's stock representing an interest in the Portfolio. This Agreement shall come into full force and effect on the date which it is so approved.
