Common use of Tenured Employee Clause in Contracts

Tenured Employee. A regular employee who has completed two (2) years of active service in the same board in a full-time position.

Tenured Employee. A regular employee who has completed two (2) full years of active service in with the same board Board in a full-time positionposition since his or her engagement by the Board.

Tenured Employee. A regular employee who has completed two (2) full years of active service in with the same board Board in a full-time position, covered or not by the certificate of accreditation, since his or her engagement by the Board.
