Tender of Purchase Price. In payment of the purchase price for the Shares subscribed for by the undersigned pursuant to Section 1 hereof, the undersigned tenders herewith a check in the amount of the Total Purchase Price set forth in Section 1 hereof payable to "Regent Bancshares Corp."
Tender of Purchase Price. Buyer shall have tendered the Purchase Price.
Tender of Purchase Price. Purchaser shall have tendered to Vendor, in the form stipulated herein, the Purchase Price together with an amount equal to the Interim Adjustments payable to Vendor;
Tender of Purchase Price. Subscriber tenders to Little Squaw the Purchase Price either by a check payable to the order of “Little Squaw Gold Mining Company” or a wire transfer to Xxxxxx & Whitney LLP for the benefit of Little Squaw, pursuant to the instructions set forth on Schedule I.
Tender of Purchase Price. Purchaser must have tendered the Initial Cash Purchase Price for the Acquired Assets in Immediately Available Funds pursuant to Section 2.1 of this Agreement; and
Tender of Purchase Price. Purchaser tenders to Antria the Purchase Price pursuant to the instructions set forth on Schedule I.
Tender of Purchase Price. Subscriber tenders to the Company the purchase price either by a check payable to the order of “PowerCold Corporation” or a wire transfer to the Company, pursuant to written instructions provided to Subscriber by the Company.
Tender of Purchase Price. Subscriber tenders to Antria the Purchase Price pursuant to the instructions set forth on Schedule I.
Tender of Purchase Price. Buyer shall tender to Seller the cash payment and Notes as provided in Section 2.2, and Seller and Buyer shall deliver to each other the Assignment and Assumption Agreement, and the Escrow and Indemnity Agreement, each such Agreement duly executed.
Tender of Purchase Price. The Purchaser shall have tendered payment for the Purchased Shares in accordance with Section 1.2 hereof.
