Common use of Tender Fee Clause in Contracts

Tender Fee. Tender Fee will be Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred) (non-refundable) from Nationalized/Scheduled Bank other than Co-operative bank through DD/PO in favour of “Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited” payable at Kolkata. Vendor need to submit tender fees as detailed in prescribed format in e-procurement commercial data sheet and send the DD/PO to Works Manager‟s Office (FOJ Unit) before due date of submission. Please scan the DD / PO and attach to General Documents part in e- procurement. Non-submission of value of tender documents may lead to offer rejection. SSI Units registered under single point registration with NSIC will be exempted from Tender Fee Deposit on submission of valid NSIC single point registration certificate for particular product under tender. To claim the exemption a copy of the NSIC/MSME certificate with annexure is to be scanned and enclosed with the technical bid and that the list of activities contained in the NSIC certificate/EM Part II should cover this service and to be confirmed in Techno-Commercial part of offer.
