Common use of Tenant’s Wiring Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Wiring. Landlord may, in its sole discretion, designate the location of all wires, cables, fibers, equipment, and connections ("Tenant's Wiring") for Tenant's Telecommunications Services, restrict and control access to telephone cabinets and rooms. Tenant may not use or access the Base Building, Common Areas or roof for Tenant's Wiring without Landlord's prior written consent, which Landlord may withhold in Landlord's sole discretion, or for which Landlord may charge a fee determined by Landlord.
