Telecommunication Services. 8.1 Each Party shall provide the other with the Services for which that Party is indicated as being the Service Supplier in the Service Schedule, provided that each Party’s System and the Point of Connection are suitable for the conveyance of Calls pursuant to the relevant Service Description. Subject to Clause 15 the Services shall be provided in accordance with the Service Descriptions and the Joint Working Manual.

Telecommunication Services. (a) Tenant will contract directly with third party providers and will be solely responsible for paying for all telephone, data transmission, video and other telecommunication services (“Telecommunication Services”) subject to the following:
