Common use of Tenant’s Signs Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Signs. (a) Tenant may, at its sole cost and expense, place its signs displaying its logo and graphics on the entrance doors to the Premises and in hallways or elevator lobbies on floors wholly leased by Tenant. On partial floors leased by Tenant, Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, may place its signs on entrance doors to the Premises provided the number, size, color, style, material and location of such signs conform to Landlord's graphics program for the Building and Landlord shall place directional signs to the Premises, at Tenant's expense, at a location determined by Landlord.
