Common use of Tenant’s Pro Rata Share Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Pro Rata Share. Tenant’s Pro Rata Share shall be calculated by dividing the Premises Rentable Area by the Property Rentable Area, which is leased or held for lease by tenants, as of the date on which the computation shall be made.
