Common use of Tenant’s Contractors Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Contractors. During the Term of this Lease, in making any alterations and improvements or performing any other work of any kind within the Premises through the services of any contractor or contractors, the following conditions shall be fulfilled, and Tenant, by undertaking to have such work performed by its contractor or contractors, shall be deemed to have agreed to cause such conditions to be fulfilled:

Tenant’s Contractors. During the Term of this the Lease, as amended hereby, in making any alterations and improvements or performing any other work of any kind within the Additional Expansion Premises and the Conference Center through the services of any contractor or contractors, the following conditions shall be fulfilled, and Tenant, by undertaking to have such work performed by its contractor or contractors, shall be deemed to have agreed to cause such conditions to be fulfilled:
