Common use of Tenant Remains Responsible Clause in Contracts

Tenant Remains Responsible. Notwithstanding any assignment or subletting, whether or not consented to or required to be consented to by Landlord, Tenant and any person who may in the future become a successor to or guarantor of Tenant’s obligations under this Lease shall at all times remain fully responsible and liable for the payment of the Rent herein specified and for compliance with all of Tenant’s other obligations under this Lease.
