Tenant Directory Sample Clauses

The Tenant Directory clause establishes the landlord's obligation to maintain and update a list of all tenants within a property or building. Typically, this directory includes names, unit numbers, and sometimes contact information, and may be made available to tenants or building management for communication or security purposes. Its core function is to ensure accurate record-keeping and facilitate efficient communication among tenants and management, thereby promoting transparency and operational efficiency within the property.
