Common use of Tenant Design Professionals Clause in Contracts

Tenant Design Professionals. Tenant will engage the Architect to document the design of the Tenant Improvements. Each of the Architect and any other design professionals engaged by Tenant or Architect to design any aspect of the Tenant Improvements (collectively, “Tenant’s Design Professionals”), shall maintain at all times errors and omissions professional liability insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate covering any negligent act, error or omission of such party, evidence of which shall be provided to Landlord upon request. Tenant’s Design Professionals shall also maintain Worker’s Compensation and Employer’s Liability Insurance, Commercial General Liability, in commercially reasonable amounts.
