Common use of Tenant Certification Clause in Contracts

Tenant Certification. By its execution of this First Amendment, Tenant hereby certifies that as of the date of such execution, and to the best of Tenant’s knowledge, Landlord is not in default of the performance of its obligations pursuant to the Lease, and Tenant has no offsets, claims against Landlord or the rent payable by Tenant under the Lease and no defenses with respect to the Lease.
