Common use of Temporary Services Clause in Contracts

Temporary Services. ‌ Temporary services, i.e. all temporary heat, climate control, water, power and light, shall only be required upon the determination of the Agency or Construction Manager, and when used shall be staffed and assigned to the appropriate trade(s) with Execution Copy 2015-2018 jurisdiction. Temporary services shall be provided by the appropriate Contractors’ existing employees during working hours in which a shift is scheduled for employees of this Contractor.
