Temporary Job Share. (a) Definition Job sharing shall be defined as the voluntary sharing of a full-time position by two (2) Employees, one (1) of whom is the permanent incumbent of the full-time position. Scheduling provisions shall continue to apply to the rotation as if the job share was a full- time position. Both members of a job share must work the same shift option.
