Common use of Temporary Disability Clause in Contracts

Temporary Disability. In the event that the Executive shall be disabled for not more than 90 consecutive days or any 90 days during any twelve (12) - month period during the Term, then the Executive, during the continuance of such disability, shall remain employed by the Company hereunder and shall continue to be paid his Annual Salary and Bonus and otherwise shall have all of the rights and be subject to all of the Executive's obligations and duties under this Agreement, other than the obligation and duty to render the Services otherwise in accordance with this Agreement.

Temporary Disability. In the event that the Executive should become disabled, but such disability is not permanent, as defined above, such disabled Executive shall be disabled entitled to his salary for not more a period of nine (9) months. If such temporary disability continues longer than 90 consecutive days or any 90 days during any twelve (12) - month said period during the Termof time, then the Executive, during disabled Executive shall be deemed to have become permanently disabled for the continuance purposes of such disability, shall remain employed by this Agreement at the Company hereunder and shall continue to be paid his Annual Salary and Bonus and otherwise shall have all end of the rights and be subject to all of the Executive's obligations and duties under this Agreement, other than the obligation and duty to render the Services otherwise in accordance with this Agreementsaid nine (9) month period.

If such temporary disability continues longer than said period of time, then the Executive shall be deemed to have become permanently disabled for not more than 90 consecutive days or any 90 days during any twelve the purposes of this Agreement at the end of said six (126) - month period during the Term, then the Executive, during the continuance of such disability, shall remain employed by the Company hereunder and shall continue to be paid his Annual Salary and Bonus and otherwise shall have all of the rights and be subject to all of the Executive's obligations and duties under this Agreement, other than the obligation and duty to render the Services otherwise in accordance with this Agreementperiod.

If such temporary disability continues longer than such ninety (90) day period, then Executive shall be deemed to have become permanently disabled for not more than 90 consecutive days or any 90 days during any twelve the purposes of this Agreement at the end of said ninety (1290) - month period during the Term, then the Executive, during the continuance of such disability, shall remain employed by the Company hereunder and shall continue to be paid his Annual Salary and Bonus and otherwise shall have all of the rights and be subject to all of the Executive's obligations and duties under this Agreement, other than the obligation and duty to render the Services otherwise in accordance with this Agreementday period.
