Progression to Higher Clause Samples
The 'Progression to Higher' clause establishes the conditions under which an individual, such as a student or employee, may advance to a higher level, grade, or position within an organization or program. Employees employed as Call Center Service Staff I (or Call Center Service Staff I – Bilingual, Interpreter) will be reclassified as a Call Center Service Staff II (or Call Center Service Staff II – Bilingual, Interpreter) as soon as they demonstrate ability to perform the essential functions of a Call Center Service Staff II, including the knowledge and capacities described in the job description for Call Center Service Staff II. Employees classified as Call Center Service Staff I will be provided the opportunity for training necessary to perform the essential functions and acquire the knowledge and capacities of the job within eight months of initial placement in their position.
