Common use of Temporary and limited term Employees on Clause in Contracts

Temporary and limited term Employees on. sick leave and who are unable to return to work prior to the anticipated termination date of their position, shall be eligible to apply for bargaining unit positions under the provisions of Article 10.02(d) – Seniority after they have provided a medical note/certificate, signed by a legally qualified practitioner to Health, Safety and Employee Well-Being.
