Common use of Telecommunication Services Clause in Contracts

Telecommunication Services. To the extent permitted in the Lease, Subtenant shall have the right to contract directly with telecommunications and media service providers (each a “Telecommunication Provider”) of Subtenant’s choice. Subtenant shall promptly pay and be solely responsible for the cost of such service. Sublandlord shall not be obligated to incur any expense, liability or costs in connection with any Telecommunication Provider proposed by Subtenant. Subtenant will have access and use of the existing cabling and wiring during the Sublease Term, all in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Sublease and the Lease.
