The Board and BTU also recognize that the retention of experienced employees is essential to efficient BCPSS operations. The Board and BTU will cooperate in providing transitional assistance to those employees affected by technological changes. The Board shall make every effort to find a position for which the affected employee is qualified within the BCPSS.
