Common use of TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGE Clause in Contracts

TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGE. 801 Technological Change shall mean the introduction by the Employer of equipment or material of a different nature or kind than that previously used by the Employer, and a change in the manner in which the Employer carries on the work, that is directly related to the introduction of that equipment or material. In the event of a technological change occurring during the life of this Agreement which will displace or adversely affect one or more nurses in the bargaining unit:

In the event of a technological change occurring during the life of this Agreement which will displace or adversely affect one or more nurses in the bargaining unit:

TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGE. 801 (a) Technological Change shall mean change means the introduction by the Employer of equipment different in nature, type or material of a different nature or kind than quantity from that previously used by the Employerutilized, and a change related to the introduction of this equipment, in the manner in which the Employer carries on the work, that is directly related to the introduction of that equipment or material. In the event of a technological his operations and any change occurring during the life of this Agreement which will displace or adversely affect in work methods and operations affecting one or more nurses employees. The Employer agrees to notify the Union at least three (3) months in advance of the bargaining unit:change.
