Common use of TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGE Clause in Contracts

TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGE. a) In this Article “technological change” means the introduction or implementation of equipment, material or processes of a different nature or type from that previously utilized and which leads to substantive differences in job content requiring new or more specialized skills than presently required and/or the elimination of position(s).

TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGE. a) In 30.01 For the purpose of this Article “Article, technological change” means change is defined as a development in technology and/or equipment which, when introduced into the introduction or implementation workplace, has a significant impact on the working conditions of equipment, material or processes of a different nature or type from that previously utilized and which leads to substantive differences in job content requiring new or more specialized skills than presently required and/or the elimination of position(s)those employees directly affected by it.

TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGE. a) 42.01 In this Article “technological change” "Technological Change" means the introduction of equipment or implementation of equipment, material or processes of a different nature or type from kind than that previously utilized used by the Employer, and a change in the manner in which leads the Employer carries on its operations that is directly related to substantive differences in job content requiring new the introduction of that equipment or more specialized skills than presently required and/or the elimination of position(s)material.

TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGE. a(A) In For purposes of this Article “technological change” means the introduction or implementation of "Technological Change" is defined as a significant change in equipment, material materials or processes to an area or facility which would alter in a substantive way the working conditions, duties, and/or responsibilities of a different nature an Employee working in that area or type from that previously utilized and which leads to substantive differences in job content requiring new or more specialized skills than presently required and/or the elimination of position(s)facility.
