TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR SOFTWARE. Except as specifically provided herein, technical support for Software shall be provided at no cost for the then-current Version and one previous Version. Any research and development efforts required for problem resolution for older Versions, shall be at a price mutually agreed to, on a case by case basis.
