Common use of Technical Equipment Clause in Contracts

Technical Equipment. Technical equipment of the Premises shall in general only be handled by staff of the Lessor. Exceptions to this provision require an agreement in writing. The Lessor shall not be held liable for a breakdown or malfunctioning of equipment or any other incidents to the detriment of the event.
