Technical Equipment.  Emergency lighting and power supply: o emergency lighting (accumulators, lamps); o stationary generator ensuring main illumination and operation of major equipment (including elevators) for a period of not less than 24 hours.  Water supply:
Technical Equipment. Burglar alarm, electronic locks/video cameras in hallways;  Sound insulation: advanced, providing a noise level below 35 DB (door, windows, coating);  Heating maintaining the air temperature in premises not below 21.5° C;  Ventilation (natural and/or forced) ensuring air circulation and eliminating the penetration of extraneous odors in residential premises;  Thermostat for individual temperature adjustment (in winter time – for heating system, in summer time – for cooling/air-conditioning system).
Technical Equipment. Seller shall not fail to repair, maintain or replace the technical equipment transferred hereunder in accordance with the normal standards of maintenance applicable in the broadcast industry.
Technical Equipment. Technical equipment of the Premises shall in general only be handled by staff of the Lessor. Exceptions to this provision require an agreement in writing. The Lessor shall not be held liable for a breakdown or malfunctioning of equipment or any other incidents to the detriment of the event.

Technical Equipment. 1. Changes to all installed devices are prohibited, as is the installation of electrical and communication lines and the opening of water outlets within and outside of the leased property or residence. This includes attaching objects to heating, plumbing or electrical wire or equipments.
Technical Equipment. A Hirer may use his / her own qualified technician on the proviso that this person is deemed qualified or competent. The Hirer’s Production Manager (or technicians) if required, must participate in the Town Hall induction with the Civic Facilities Coordinator. All breakages, fused lamps, lights etc. are to be reported to the Civic Facilities Coordinator. The cost of hire for any additional technical equipment required is payable by the Hirer. Stage & Scenery: All tape applied to the stage must be removed by the Hirer at the conclusion of the hire period. Council takes no responsibility for any equipment or props left behind. Removal costs for any props left behind will be deducted from the bond monies. All fittings used for attaching and flying scenery must comply with relevant Australian Standards and be installed by a licenced rigger. The suspension of static scenery, cloths or signs for a performance may be done so with the permission and assistance of the Civic Facilities Coordinator The suspension of all items (other than cloths) requires the use of rated strops. Items must not be suspended using fishing line, sash, nylon cord, string or any other means unless approved by the Supervising Technician. Any person undertaking flying and rigging operations must hold the appropriate certificate of competency, and be competent to operate the relevant equipment to the satisfaction of the Civic Facilities Coordinator. Stage lighting trusses can only be lowered with permission from the Civic Facilities Coordinator and rigging operated by a qualified technician. Occupational, Health & Safety: All exit signs are to be illuminated during the function. Please immediately report any blown fuses for exit signs to the Civic Facilities Coordinator. All power leads used on stage must be tested and tagged and also taped down (using gaffa tape) to reduce trip hazards. Any Council owned equipment or leads that are found to be in disrepair, along with broken plugs or fitting’s, should be reported to the Civic Facilities Coordinator. Only authorised personnel may have access to ladders to the ceiling space and mezzanine floor above the dressing rooms. People or objects must not be stationed in front of exit doors. All hirers must have a nominated Emergency Officer. All fire exits are to be kept clear of obstruction. CASTLEMAINE TOWN HALL OPENING PROCEDURE Please tick each action - Please report any problems
