Common use of Technical Complaints Clause in Contracts

Technical Complaints. Jazz Pharmaceuticals shall promptly submit to Solvay all API quality or manufacturing inquiries and technical API quality complaints, together with all available evidence and other information relating thereto, in accordance with procedures to be agreed upon by the parties. Except as otherwise required by Law, Solvay shall be responsible for investigating all such technical inquiries and complaints regarding the API and the outcome of such investigation shall be promptly reported by Solvay to Jazz Pharmaceuticals in writing.
