Technical and Organisational Security Measures. 4.1.1 The Data Processor is responsible for implementing the requisite (a) technical and (b) organisational security measures. The measures shall be implemented with due consideration for the current technical level, implementation costs, nature, scope, context and purposes of the respective processing as well as the risk of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of natural persons and the types of personal data described in Annex 1.
