Tech Week Compensation Sample Clauses

The Tech Week Compensation clause defines the payment terms and conditions for individuals involved in technical rehearsals, commonly referred to as "tech week," in a theatrical or performance production. Typically, this clause outlines the specific rates, stipends, or overtime pay applicable during this intensive period, and may detail eligibility, duration, and any additional benefits provided to technical staff, cast, or crew. Tech Week Compensation. For the tech week of each production, the Stage Manager and Assistant Stage Manager shall be paid, in addition to contractual salary, not less than 1/6th of contractual salary, with method of payment to be stated in a rider to the Contract. This increment shall be paid in addition to any penalty or overtime due during the tech week.
