TEACHING HOURS, LOAD AND BASIC WORKING CONDITIONS. A. Teaching Hours and Load 1. The total in-school workday shall consist of not more than seven and a half (7 1/2) hours. Duties beyond the seven and a half (7 1/2) hour day shall be considered extra-curricular duties and shall be assigned on an equitable basis. 2. In case of school closing, public notification will be made as soon as practicable on the day in question.
