Faculty and Others. Teachers may be required to remain after the end of the regular workday without additional compensation, for the purpose of attending faculty meetings one day (1) each month. Such meetings shall begin no later than five (5) minutes after the student dismissal time and shall run for no more than forty-five (45) minutes. Meetings shall not be called on Fridays or on any day immediately preceding any holiday or other day upon which teacher attendance is not required at school, except in cases if extreme emergencies.
