Common use of Teachers on Layoff Clause in Contracts

Teachers on Layoff. A classified teacher who receives an Employer Contribution, who has three (3) or more years of continuous service, and who has been permanently laid off, remains eligible for an Employer Contribution and all other benefits provided under this Article for an extended benefit eligibility period of six (6) months from the date of layoff.

Teachers on Layoff. A classified teacher who receives an Employer Contribution, who 18 has three (3) or more years of continuous service, and who has been permanently laid 19 off, remains eligible for an Employer Contribution and all other benefits provided under 20 this Article for an extended benefit eligibility period of six (6) months from the date of 1 layoff.

Teachers on Layoff. A classified teacher who receives an Employer Contribution, who 7 has three (3) or more years of continuous service, and who has been permanently laid off, 8 remains eligible for an Employer Contribution and all other benefits provided under this 9 Article for an extended benefit eligibility period of six (6) months from the date of layoff.
