Common use of Teachers and Education Support Employees Clause in Contracts

Teachers and Education Support Employees. Any Teacher or Education Support Employee who is required to relieve, for 10 continuous working days or more, another Employee who holds a designated position of responsibility or a higher Education Support Level position, and who performs the whole of the greater part of the duties and assumes the whole of the greater part of the responsibilities of that position, shall be entitled to receive, for the period of relief, the minimum allowance of rate of pay applicable for that position of responsibility or higher Education Support Level position.
