Taxes, Charges and Liens. Pay all of your other obligations when due including, but not limited to, all assessments, taxes, governmental charges, levies and liens, imposed upon you or your properties, income, or profits, prior to the date on which penalties would attach. You also represent and warrant that you will pay when due all lawful claims that, if unpaid, might become a lien or charge upon any of your properties, income, or profits.
