No Obligation to Make Advances. Borrower agrees that Lender shall be under no obligation to make any advance under this Agreement, and that the decision to make any advance shall be made by Lender in its sole and absolute discretion. SECTION TWO
No Obligation to Make Advances. Nothing herein will obligate the Secured Party to make any advance or loan or further advance or extend credit to the Debtor.

Nothing herein shall obligate the Secured Party to make any advance or loan or further advance or extend credit to the Debtor and, in particular, nothing herein shall obligate the Secured Party to advance any unadvanced portion of any loan or credit to the Debtor after the occurrence of an Event of Default. No Obligation to Make Advances. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to render it obligatory upon the Bank either at law or in equity to make or continue to make any advances or to afford any other accommodation or facilities whatsoever to the Borrower if the Bank in its absolute discretion deems it inadvisable so to do without assigning any reason therefor.
No Obligation to Make Advances. Service Provider has no obligation to advance its own funds to (a) make any payments of taxes or other charges as set forth in this Agreement, purchase any insurance required to be maintained pursuant to this Agreement pay or reimburse any Third Parties retained pursuant to Article VII, or (d) make any other payments which may be required of Investor, including without limitation for any Loan advances, asset related expenses or any tenant finish, but shall promptly notify Investor in the event there are insufficient funds in the Operating Account from which to make such payment.
No Obligation to Make Advances. During the continuation of any Default or upon the occurrence of and during the continuation of an Event of Default, CGI shall have no obligation to make Advances hereunder.
No Obligation to Make Advances. The Agent shall not be required to advance, expend or risk its own funds or otherwise incur out-of-pocket expense of the type subject to reimbursement hereunder in the performance of its duties under this Agreement.
No Obligation to Make Advances. Nothing in this Loan Guarantee Agreement obligates the Credit Parties to make Advances to the Borrower. Any Advances will be made solely by FFB pursuant to the DOE Credit Facility Documents.
