Trustee’s Compensation The Trustee shall be entitled to the compensation set forth in the letter agreement between the Purchaser and the Trustee dated as of December 20, 2023, as may be amended from time to time.
The Owner Trustee’s Compensation The Depositor shall cause the Servicer to agree to pay to the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 3.11 of the Servicing Agreement from time to time compensation for all services rendered by the Owner Trustee under this Agreement pursuant to a fee letter between the Servicer and the Owner Trustee (which compensation shall not be limited by any provision of law in regard to the compensation of a trustee of an express trust). The Servicer, pursuant to Section 3.11 of the Servicing Agreement and the fee letter between the Servicer and the Owner Trustee, shall reimburse the Owner Trustee upon its request for all reasonable expenses, disbursements and advances incurred or made by the Owner Trustee in accordance with any provision of this Agreement (including the reasonable compensation, expenses and disbursements of such agents, experts and counsel as the Owner Trustee may employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties hereunder), except any such expense as may be attributable to its willful misconduct, gross negligence (other than an error in judgment) or bad faith. To the extent not paid by the Servicer, such fees and reasonable expenses shall be paid by the Issuer in accordance with Sections 8.5 or 5.4(b) of the Indenture, as applicable.
Unemployment Compensation The Contractor shall be solely responsible for the unemployment compensation payments on behalf of their employees and personnel. The Contractor shall not be entitled to unemployment compensation in connection with the Services performed under this Agreement.
Extra Compensation All percentage payments shall be based upon the following schedule: 2021-2022 Exp. Transfers from one coaching position to another in the same sport (i.e. junior varsity to varsity football, etc.) shall not be cause to reduce the experience level for the bargaining unit member in that activity. Changes from one sport to another (i.e. basketball to football, etc.) will constitute a change in experience level. NOTE: Compensation of non-unit individuals for coaching and other extra-curricular positions shall be determined by the Board, but shall not exceed the compensation schedule for bargaining unit members. Trustee's Compensation Not Prejudiced Nothing in this Article Twelve shall apply to amounts due to the Trustee pursuant to other sections in this Indenture.

Nothing herein shall in any way prevent the employment of any Trustee for advisory, management, administrative, legal, accounting, investment banking, underwriting, brokerage, or investment dealer or other services and the payment for the same by the Trust.
Extra Duty Compensation A. This schedule is based on time devoted by the unit member beyond the regular at-school duty hours. A unit member will not receive extra duty compensation for more than two assignments unless approved by the Board. Management Compensation As compensation for your services in the management of the offering, we will pay you an amount equal to the management fee specified in the Invitation in respect of the Securities to be purchased by us pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, and we authorize you to charge our account with such amount. If there is more than one Representative, such compensation shall be divided among the Representatives in such proportions as they may determine.
