TAXES AND SOCIAL SECURITY CONTRIBUTIONS. 8.1 As for the National Social Security Institute β INSS, the Parties shall comply with Law 9,711/98 and Regulatory Instruction 03/05, as further amended. It is mandatory to show in all Bills of Sale, Invoices and Receipts for services rendered under the responsibility of the CONTRACTORS. The CEI number shall be provided by PRINCIPAL to CONTRACTORS, within no later than two (2) business days after the filing of the application for said registration.
