Common use of TAX PAID Clause in Contracts

TAX PAID. Any Tax arising under any Tax Law payable in respect of any transaction, income or asset of the Company which has become due for payment has been paid.

TAX PAID. Any Tax arising under any Tax Law payable in respect of any transaction, income or asset of any of the members of the Company Group which has become due for payment has been paid.
