Common use of Tax Identification Numbers Clause in Contracts

Tax Identification Numbers. The Liquidating Trustee may require any Beneficiary to furnish to the Liquidating Trustee, (i) its employer or taxpayer identification number as assigned by the Internal Revenue Service, and (ii) such other records or documents necessary to satisfy the Liquidating Trustee's tax reporting obligations (including, but not limited to, certificates of non-foreign status). The Liquidating Trustee may condition the payment of any distribution to any Beneficiary upon receipt of such identification number and requested documents.
