Task Forces. 1. Task Forces are multi-discipline bodies comprised of representatives drawn from RDPO Discipline Work Groups. Other representatives from within and outside of the organization may participate in task force activities to provide appropriate subject matter expertise. 2. Task Forces are responsible for: a. Implementing the regional strategy and work plan by executing assigned projects; b. Providing expert advice to the Program Committee on regional capabilities, strategic needs and priorities, and recommended initiatives, policies, and procedures; c. Developing coordinated, multi-discipline approaches; d. Developing, and adopting where appropriate, such other policies and procedures as are necessary to ensure effective task force operations and administration; and e. Monitoring and reporting on the progress of assigned work.
