Common use of Task Administrator Clause in Contracts

Task Administrator. The Transportation & Storm Water Department is the task administrator for this Agreement. The Consultant shall provide the Professional Services under the direction of a designated representative of the Transportation & Storm Water Department. The City's designated representative will communicate with the Consultant on all matters related to the administration of this Agreement and the Consultant's performance of the Professional Services rendered hereunder. When this Agreement refers to communications to or with the City, those communications will be with the designated representative, unless the designated representative or the Agreement specifies otherwise. Further, when this Agreement refers to an act or approval to be performed by City, that act or approval shall be performed by the Mayor or designee, unless the Agreement specifies otherwise.

The Consultant Design Professional shall provide the Professional Services under the direction of a designated representative of the Transportation & Storm Water Stormwater Department.
