System Software Maintenance. During the MCP and as part of the standard Maintenance Services offering, Supplier shall provide the following Maintenance Services (including unlimited telephonic support and all necessary travel and labor) without additional charge to any Authorized User to maintain the System Software in accordance with the Requirements: a) New Releases Supplier’s responsibilities related to new releases of System Software and Documentation are described in Exhibit D.
System Software Maintenance. The system software maintenance services provide ongoing maintenance and support for industry current operating platforms, and provide preventative software maintenance services on a periodic basis. Services include: a) Reviewing supplier product status and maintenance information to identify current version information and potential problems reported by other users. b) Installation of preventative maintenance to supported system software products to prevent known problems from impacting the operating environment. c) Provide communication to application providers for planned changes in product functionality that may impact application support when system software maintenance is applied. d) Implementing a permanent corrective action with appropriate monitoring procedures to ensure software faults are eliminated from the operating environment.
System Software Maintenance. A regular scheduled maintenance period for the environment will occur every Saturday from 8pm – 12am US Mountain Standard Time. During this time, IPRO will update the system environment and IPRO’s Solution with the latest version of the software, patches and/or maintenance updates. Extended maintenance periods may also occur, and all customers will be notified in advance. Should an emergency arise requiring an unscheduled maintenance period, all customers will be notified as soon as possible with the duration and impact. In the event of a security incident or data breach for either party, the affected party will notify the other party within 24 hours of determining that a breach occurred and information on the level of impact to the other party.

  • Software Maintenance Subrecipient shall apply security patches and upgrades in a timely manner and keep virus software up-to-date on all systems on which State data may be stored or accessed.

  • Hardware Maintenance Hardware Purchased from NCR Voyix or a Reseller is eligible for coverage under NCR Voyix’s Hardware Maintenance Policy for an additional monthly fee, provided however, that some restrictions apply. Subscribed Hardware includes Hardware Maintenance at no additional charge, subject to timely payment of all fees. Provided that you are current on your payment obligations and otherwise in compliance with this Agreement, your Hardware Maintenance includes remote maintenance services and support via telephone, email or live text or chat on the terms stated at the Account Portal (you acknowledge that third-party message and data rates may apply).   • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement. (ii) CSXT or NSR, directly or through their respective affiliates, may perform the work which CRC performed prior to the date of this Agreement when (A) CRC does not possess the skills needed for such work, (B) CRC lacks the necessary employees to do such work in a timely fashion, or (C) CRC does not possess the equipment needed to do such work. CRC and the party performing the work shall agree to a reasonable fee for such work prior to performance. CRC, CSXT and NSR may agree to have additional work performed either by CSXT, NSR or their affiliates.

  • Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.
