System Maintenance. In the event Supplier determines to interrupt Services for the performance of routine system maintenance, Supplier will use reasonable efforts to notify Customer prior to the interruption and to conduct such maintenance during non-peak hours. In no event shall interruption for system maintenance constitute a Failure of Performance by Supplier.
