Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any Transaction Document, the Owner Trustee shall not be required to execute, deliver or certify in accordance with the provisions of the Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act on behalf of the Issuer or any other Person, any periodic reports filed pursuant to the Exchange Act, or any other documents pursuant to the Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act.

The Owner Trustee will provide any relevant information and Officer's Certificates reasonably requested by the Person responsible for the filings, certificates or other documents on behalf of the Issuer or any other Person, any periodic reports filed pursuant to the Exchange Act, or any other documents pursuant to the Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx ActIssuer.
