Sworn Employees Attaining DPSST Certification During the Fiscal Year. In the event that a sworn employee complies with all requirements, appropriate incentive compensation shall commence with the next pay period after certification is received from DPSST; however, payment shall be retroactive to the date the sworn employee submits a completed application for DPSST certification.

The Employer may extend the trial service period to no more than twelve (12) consecutive months, provided the employee is given written, performance based reasons for the extension. The Employer agrees to notify the employee when it intends to extend the trial service period beyond six (6) months. The employee may choose to notify the union.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation for Actions During Emergency Condition The CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff for its provision of real and reactive power and other Emergency Condition services that the Interconnection Customer provides to support the CAISO Controlled Grid during an Emergency Condition in accordance with Article 11.6.
