Common use of Sustainability Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Sustainability Guidelines. In performance of its obligations under these General Terms and Conditions, Seller agrees to comply with and require its employees, contractors and agents to comply with Buyer’s Supplier Code of Conduct, as well as Buyer’s policies, rules and directions regarding safety, security and appropriate conduct on Buyer’s premises or delivery points and toward Buyer’s employees. Buyer will provide its Supplier Code of Conduct to Seller upon request and will notify Seller of other applicable policies prior to any on-site services.
