Suspension With Pay or Duty Stationed at Home Pending an Investigation by the Agency’s Human. Resource Office. The employee shall be notified in writing of the initial reason for the action within seven (7) calendar days of the effective date of the action. The Agency will conduct the initial interview with the employee within thirty (30) calendar days of notification of the action. The investigation shall be completed within one-hundred twenty (120) calendar days. However, if the investigation is not concluded within the timeline, the Agency will notify DAS and the Union of the specific reason(s) and the amount of additional time needed which shall be no more than thirty (30) days at a time.
