Common use of Suspension Pending Force Majeure Clause in Contracts

Suspension Pending Force Majeure. If a Force Majeure Event should occur, then the Parties' performance of this Agreement, except for payment by FiveCom to BecoCom under section 8.1, shall be suspended for so long as such Force Majeure Event continues. At the conclusion of a Force Majeure Event, the period of time during which performance was so suspended shall be added to the dates, schedules and other performance-related matters under this Agreement. If, notwithstanding the parties' efforts under Section 14.2, the Force Majeure Event continues unabated for more than six (6) months, the Party whose performance is unaffected by the Force Majeure Event shall have the option to terminate this Agreement.
