Common use of Suspension Pending Force Majeure Clause in Contracts

Suspension Pending Force Majeure. If a Force Majeure Event should occur then, and for a reasonable time thereafter, the parties' performance of this Agreement shall be suspended. At the conclusion of a Force Majeure Event the period of time so suspended shall be added to the dates, schedules and other performance related matters under this Agreement.
