Common use of Suspension of Service Clause in Contracts

Suspension of Service. If any charge owing by You is 30 days or more overdue, We may, without limiting Our other rights and remedies, suspend Services until such amounts are paid in full, provided We have given You 10 or more days’ prior notice that Your account is overdue in accordance with the “Notices” section below.
